What information we collect
We only collect information that you choose to give us. The main way this happens is through our enquiry forms on provider profile pages. When you send an enquiry, we collect:
- Your name — so the specialist knows who they are speaking to
- Your phone number — so they can call you back
- Your postcode — so they can confirm they cover your area
- Your message — so you can describe what help you need
We do not collect payment information, national insurance numbers, medical records, or any other sensitive personal data.
How we use your information
The short version: Your enquiry goes directly and only to the specialist you chose. We never sell, rent, or share your details with anyone else — not advertisers, not other providers, not anyone.
When you submit an enquiry form, your details are sent securely to the home adaptation specialist you selected. That specialist will contact you directly to discuss your needs. HomeAdapt UK does not store a permanent copy of your enquiry, and we do not use your details for marketing.
We use a third-party form delivery service called FormSubmit to route your enquiry to the relevant specialist. FormSubmit processes your message in order to deliver it — you can read their privacy policy on their website. We do not use FormSubmit to build marketing lists or contact you after your enquiry is sent.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. We use cookies only for basic, anonymous analytics — to understand roughly how many people visit the site and which pages are most helpful. We do not use cookies to track individuals, build advertising profiles, or follow you around the internet.
The analytics we use do not collect your name, email address, or any other information that could identify you personally. If you prefer, you can disable cookies in your browser settings — the site will continue to work normally.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising or social media tracking tools.

Provider profile pages may contain links to the websites of individual businesses. Once you leave HomeAdapt UK and visit another website, that website's own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.
